Livia earned her BSc in human movement sciences and a Master of Science degree in biomedical engineering from ETH Zurich, completing her thesis at the University of Illinois, Chicago. At Zimmer Biomet, she served as Clinical Project Lead for orthopaedic and dental studies before being promoted to Clinical Operations Manager. During this tenure, she completed an MAS in management, technology, and economics at ETH. Before joining Bonebridge, Livia furthered her international expertise as a Product Manager at Geistlich Pharma, specializing in global medical device markets.

Ava serves as a Regional Clinical Specialist for the Texas region at Bonebridge. She is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience, specializing in molecular and cellular neuroscience. During her studies, she held several leadership roles at the Student Recreation Center and worked as a student ambassador for the Aggie Engagement Center. Ava also gained valuable clinical exposure through volunteer work at the Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston, where she developed a dedicated interest in the field of orthopaedic trauma.

Roger leads Bonebridge's expansion across Australia and New Zealand. His three-decade career includes significant roles at Smith & Nephew and Mathys (Enovis). During his tenure at Mathys, he developed a leading European shoulder replacement portfolio before moving to Australia to manage the APAC region, where he tripled the subsidiary's turnover. He later founded a consultancy supporting European firms entering the ANZ market. Roger holds a marketing degree, business certificates from the Universities of Bern and Fribourg, and an Executive Master's degree from CEIBS.

Ricky serves as a Territory Manager for Bonebridge Australia, overseeing operations across Victoria and Melbourne. He began his medical career as an instrument technician, spending over a decade in various hospitals, acquiring expertise in instrumentation and sterilization processes. In 2019, Ricky transitioned into a clinical support role at Enovis, where he provided technical and clinical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Now at Bonebridge, he leverages his deep clinical background to support customers, ensuring high-quality service and technical excellence within the orthopaedic sector.

Salome serves on the QM & RA team, bringing a specialized background in molecular biology focused on health and disease. She earned a Master's degree in biology from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a PhD from the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences at ETH Zurich. Following a post-doctoral fellowship at Linköping University in Sweden, she gained industrial experience in clinical development. Salome has supervised numerous academic projects at UZH, ETH, and Linköping. Her excellence is recognized by honors, including the Young Investigator Award.

Jorrit originally started his professional career at a product development company in Zurich, Switzerland. In that role, he was responsible for running several projects from the initial planning phase to serial production. He also had the opportunity to work with well-known medical device companies. As part of our R&D team, he drives the further development of our product portfolio. Jorrit holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

Benjamin serves as the Head of Sales Switzerland at Bonebridge. He began his career at Stryker in the endoscopy and sports medicine division, where he was twice recognized as one of the top five sales representatives in Europe. As a regional field trainer, he also oversaw sports medicine education for the Swiss sales force. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences and technology from ETH Zurich. He also earned a Master's degree in biomedical engineering from ETH, receiving the Willi Studer Prize for academic excellence.

Patrick manages the Research & Development team at Bonebridge. He began his professional career with a construction and design engineering apprenticeship at Synthes. He later worked as a development engineer for DePuy Synthes/Mitek Sports Medicine while completing training as a mechanical engineer at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. Patrick subsequently joined 41medical, a think tank originating from the former Synthes innovation team. Before his current role, he led the Research & Development team at 41medical, bringing extensive expertise in orthopaedic design and engineering.

Marion manages sales for the French-speaking region of Switzerland. With a background in the medical field, she initially studied osteopathy and practiced in various clinics and rehabilitation centers across Spain and Brazil. Before her current role, she developed extensive expertise as a key account specialist at Etnia Eyewear Culture Group. Her unique blend of clinical experience and business acumen makes her a valuable asset to the orthopaedic sales team, where she focuses on delivering tailored solutions for the romandie market.

Jessie serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager USA for Bonebridge, overseeing all US operations. He began his medical training in the U.S. Army, including a tour in Afghanistan, before joining Synthes, where he developed a passion for orthopaedic trauma. A veteran of the medical device industry, Jessie has excelled with market leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew, and Nuvasive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Millersville University.

Diego serves as a member of the Swiss sales force, supporting customers across Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physiotherapy from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and a Master's degree in sports medicine from the University of South Wales. Throughout his career, Diego has worked internationally as a physiotherapist, gaining diverse experience across Switzerland, the Netherlands, Australia, and Canada. His clinical expertise spans sports-related, neurological, and post-operative patient rehabilitation, as well as clinic management, providing a unique clinical perspective to his work in orthopaedics.

Christof began his professional career as an economist within the Zurich banking sector. He completed undergraduate medical training at the University of Zurich, Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. A Swiss Board-certified anesthesiologist, he finished post-graduate training in anesthesiology and emergency medicine in Switzerland. Christof holds a Master's degree in economics and a doctorate in medicine (MD) from the University of Zurich. Furthermore, he has enhanced his leadership profile by completing management programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.

Celina serves on the clinical affairs team, bringing significant experience in clinical research and project management. Christian Gerber, MD, co-founded Bonebridge in 2018. An orthopaedic surgeon and scientist, he is the former Chairman of Orthopaedics at the University of Zurich. Renowned for shoulder pathology research, he has authored over 400 articles and earned prestigious honors, including four Neer Awards and the Kappa Delta OREF Award. Dr. Gerber is an honorary fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and an honorary member of Swissorthopaedics and SOFCOT. He remains a Professor emeritus, holding his doctorate from the University of Bern.

Eric Lohrer serves on the Bonebridge Board of Directors. He began his professional career as a financial analyst at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York. During this time, he also led market reorganizations in Korea and managed sales regions in California. Since then, Eric has managed a global family office. Lawrence Scott Levin, MD, serves on the Bonebridge Board of Directors. A world-renowned physician-scientist, he is the Paul B. Magnuson Professor and Chairman of Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania. Specializing in limb salvage and microsurgery, he has authored over 450 articles across orthopaedics and plastic surgery. Dr. Levin's honors include the Kappa Delta Lanier Award and the Weiland Medal. He previously chaired the American College of Surgeons’ Board of Regents. Dr. Levin holds degrees from Duke and Temple University School of Medicine.
