Ava serves as a Regional Clinical Specialist for the Texas region at Bonebridge. She is a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in neuroscience, specializing in molecular and cellular neuroscience. During her studies, she held several leadership roles at the Student Recreation Center and worked as a student ambassador for the Aggie Engagement Center. Ava also gained valuable clinical exposure through volunteer work at the Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston, where she developed a dedicated interest in the field of orthopaedic trauma.

Kis manages procurement, production planning, materials management, and logistics at Bonebridge. He began his career in management consulting across Zurich and Stockholm before holding leadership roles in global enterprises, SMEs, and startups. Kis specializes in supply chain efficiency, industrial digitalization, and organizational transformation. Additionally, he brings extensive experience in global business development, focusing on new product categories and market expansion. Kis holds a Master's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and focuses on automation.

Roger leads Bonebridge's expansion across Australia and New Zealand. His three-decade career includes significant roles at Smith & Nephew and Mathys (Enovis). During his tenure at Mathys, he developed a leading European shoulder replacement portfolio before moving to Australia to manage the APAC region, where he tripled the subsidiary's turnover. He later founded a consultancy supporting European firms entering the ANZ market. Roger holds a marketing degree, business certificates from the Universities of Bern and Fribourg, and an Executive Master's degree from CEIBS.

Ricky serves as a Territory Manager for Bonebridge Australia, overseeing operations across Victoria and Melbourne. He began his medical career as an instrument technician, spending over a decade in various hospitals, acquiring expertise in instrumentation and sterilization processes. In 2019, Ricky transitioned into a clinical support role at Enovis, where he provided technical and clinical guidance to internal and external stakeholders. Now at Bonebridge, he leverages his deep clinical background to support customers, ensuring high-quality service and technical excellence within the orthopaedic sector.

Salome serves on the QM & RA team, bringing a specialized background in molecular biology focused on health and disease. She earned a Master's degree in biology from the University of Zurich (UZH) and a PhD from the Institute of Molecular Health Sciences at ETH Zurich. Following a post-doctoral fellowship at Linköping University in Sweden, she gained industrial experience in clinical development. Salome has supervised numerous academic projects at UZH, ETH, and Linköping. Her excellence is recognized by honors, including the Young Investigator Award.

Jorrit originally started his professional career at a product development company in Zurich, Switzerland. In that role, he was responsible for running several projects from the initial planning phase to serial production. He also had the opportunity to work with well-known medical device companies. As part of our R&D team, he drives the further development of our product portfolio. Jorrit holds a Master of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) Zurich.

Benjamin serves as the Head of Sales Switzerland at Bonebridge. He began his career at Stryker in the endoscopy and sports medicine division, where he was twice recognized as one of the top five sales representatives in Europe. As a regional field trainer, he also oversaw sports medicine education for the Swiss sales force. Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in health sciences and technology from ETH Zurich. He also earned a Master's degree in biomedical engineering from ETH, receiving the Willi Studer Prize for academic excellence.

Patrick manages the Research & Development team at Bonebridge. He began his professional career with a construction and design engineering apprenticeship at Synthes. He later worked as a development engineer for DePuy Synthes/Mitek Sports Medicine while completing training as a mechanical engineer at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. Patrick subsequently joined 41medical, a think tank originating from the former Synthes innovation team. Before his current role, he led the Research & Development team at 41medical, bringing extensive expertise in orthopaedic design and engineering.

Marion manages sales for the French-speaking region of Switzerland. With a background in the medical field, she initially studied osteopathy and practiced in various clinics and rehabilitation centers across Spain and Brazil. Marion later transitioned into the commercial sector, completing post-graduate studies in international trade. Before her current role, she developed extensive expertise as a key account specialist at Etnia Eyewear Culture Group. Her unique blend of clinical experience and business acumen makes her a valuable asset to the orthopaedic sales team, where she focuses on delivering tailored solutions for the romandie market.

Jessie serves as the Executive Vice President and General Manager USA for Bonebridge, overseeing all US operations. He began his medical training in the U.S. Army, including a tour in Afghanistan, before joining Synthes, where he developed a passion for orthopaedic trauma. A veteran of the medical device industry, Jessie has excelled with market leaders like Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew, and Nuvasive. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Millersville University.

Diego serves as a member of the Swiss sales force, supporting customers across Switzerland. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in physiotherapy from Fontys University of Applied Sciences in the Netherlands and a Master's degree in sports medicine from the University of South Wales. Throughout his career, Diego has worked internationally as a physiotherapist, gaining diverse experience across Switzerland, the Netherlands, Australia, and Canada. His clinical expertise spans sports-related, neurological, and post-operative patient rehabilitation, as well as clinic management, providing a unique clinical perspective to his work in orthopaedics.

Christof began his professional career as an economist within the Zurich banking sector. He completed undergraduate medical training at the University of Zurich, Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, and Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston. A Swiss Board-certified anesthesiologist, he finished post-graduate training in anesthesiology and emergency medicine in Switzerland. Christof holds a Master's degree in economics and a doctorate in medicine (MD) from the University of Zurich. Furthermore, he has enhanced his leadership profile by completing management programs at INSEAD and Harvard Business School.

Celina serves on the clinical affairs team, bringing significant experience in clinical research and project management. She began her career in clinical operations at Zimmer Biomet, where she spent several years overseeing diverse projects and gaining deep industry knowledge. Celina holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in health sciences and technology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich. Additionally, she holds a teaching diploma in physical education. Her background combines academic rigour with practical expertise to support the development of orthopaedic trauma solutions.

Michelle manages quality management and regulatory affairs at Bonebridge. A trained biotechnologist, her academic research focused on the analysis of iron and magnetite nanoparticles in the brains of Alzheimer’s disease patients. Before joining the company, she gained extensive experience in quality management and regulatory affairs, working for several medical device manufacturers in Switzerland. Michelle holds a Master of Science degree in biotechnology from the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna and completed her master's thesis at the University of Toulouse, France.

Alex co-founded Bonebridge in 2018, driven by an interest in the frontier of medicine, research, and business. He began his career at fast-growing fashion startups in Zurich and São Paulo before joining UBS, where he focused on data analysis within operational risk. Alex later transitioned to a Swiss venture capital firm specializing in early-stage medtech investments. This experience provided the foundation for his leadership at Bonebridge. Alex holds a Master's degree in economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and focuses on strategic growth.

Hannah serves as a Regional Clinical Specialist at Bonebridge USA, supporting sales and marketing activities across the Northeastern United States. She recently earned a Master's degree in marketing from West Chester University in Pennsylvania. During her studies, she gained valuable experience on the West Chester National Sales Team and completed a marketing internship at Molson Coors. Hannah also interned with Maxx Orthopedics and Smith & Nephew, where she explored her interest in orthopaedic trauma and received comprehensive hands-on training in medical sales.

As part of Bonebridge's Marketing team, Sara executes communication activities and writes content for digital and analog channels. She began her career as a research associate before working as an editor, copywriter, and communication manager for international enterprises, SMEs, and NPOs. She holds a Master of Arts degree in english linguistics, american literature, and education from the University of Bern. Sara also completed a CAS Corporate Writer at Schweizerische Textakademie, specializing in clear, impactful storytelling for the orthopaedic industry.

Lea is our Process Automation Specialist and focuses on optimizing and automating processes, ensuring that resources are used effectively throughout Bonebridge. She originally interned with us while she was completing her Master of Science degree in biomedical engineering at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH), following a Bachelor's degree in health sciences and technology.

Harry serves as a Business Development Manager AUS, based in Brisbane. He is responsible for identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to expand market presence across the country. A seasoned professional, Harry brings over 15 years of medtech experience to the role. He previously held senior positions at Medartis Australia & New Zealand, specializing in product management and marketing. Before joining Bonebridge, he led commercial analysis for the APAC region. Harry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a Bachelor's degree in marketing and human movement studies.

Brock serves as the Business Development Manager AUS at Bonebridge, where he focuses on expanding the company’s presence across the Queensland region. He brings over ten years of experience in the medtech industry to the team. Before joining Bonebridge, Brock held senior sales and territory management roles at Johnson & Johnson and National Surgical/LMT Surgical. In these positions, he managed diverse portfolios encompassing arthroplasty, distal extremity, trauma, and biologics. Brock holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in exercise physiology from the University of Queensland and a business certificate.

Laura joined the R&D team at Bonebridge as a development engineer. She originally completed an apprenticeship in construction and design engineering at Synthes in Switzerland, subsequently continuing within the company's innovation team as a design engineer. In parallel, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in microengineering from Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH). Before her position at Bonebridge, Laura also worked as a bicycle mechanic and spent several years traveling the world, bringing a unique, practical perspective to her work in orthopaedic engineering and design.

Markus serves as a central member of the Bonebridge R&D team after supporting the company for several years as an external consultant. He began his career with a design engineering apprenticeship at Scintilla AG before earning a Bachelor's degree from Bern University of Applied Sciences. With over a decade of experience at firms like Synthes, Schärer Medical, and Mathys, he also operated as an independent contractor for Nobel Biocare. Markus specializes in product development, regulatory compliance, risk management strategies, and post-market clinical analytics.

Nick is the creative force behind Bonebridge's 3D product renderings and animations within the Communications & Brand Management team. He began his career as a graphic designer before specializing in 3D design and visual effects. A Swiss native, Nick has spent 15 years splitting his time between Southeast Asia and Switzerland, collaborating with various 3D agencies and corporate clients across both continents. After supporting Bonebridge as a freelancer for several years, he now focuses on elevating the brand's visual identity through orthopaedic visualization.
